Executive & Team Assistant (m/f/d)

Your mission
You are the enabler for management and team - help us lay the foundation for great productivity:

  • Be the backbone and good soul of the company, make both clients and team feel welcome 
  • Enable the team to work in a highly productive, focused, and positive atmosphere
  • Support our management and team in all organizational matters
  • Organise events such as client events, quarterly company offsites, summer and Xmas parties, and add the little extras that make them memorable events for everyone
  • Manage administrative to-dos, such as employee onboarding and knowledge management, in a smart and seamless way 
  • Improve company processes with best practices and automated software solutions rather than spending time on repetitive manual work
  • Plan and execute projects around the company (e.g. photo shoots, funding documentation, etc.) 
  • Contribute to accounting and contractual work, invoicing, and dunning
Your profile
You thrive in fast-paced environments and keep cool under pressure. You know how to organize yourself and your surroundings even if the workload is high. And you have already earned your merits in the executive or team assistant or project management field. 

In detail, we are looking for the following profile:

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or project manager
  • Very good knowledge of common tooling such as Google workplace applications or MS Office 365, Personio, Pipedrive, 1password, Slack
  • Excellent prioritization and self-management skills
  • Extremely strong attention to details
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international environment and fluency in German (B1+) and English (B2+), both written and spoken
  • Strong customer and service orientation and enjoy dealing with people
  • Resilience and keeping the overview even during peak workloads
  • Capability of creating structure where needed and having a knack for organizing things
  • An aesthetic eye for look & feel
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness
  • Experience in accounting is a plus
